I guess I missed out on the Master Of Mikes employee, I got Ho-hum-Hannah or someone else posing to enjoy working here. The mash up I ordered got me some dirty looks but hey I'm not sharing and your not paying! I don't usually like Swiss but it wasn't half bad with their bread. I wish I knew their snappy names so I could rattle it off. It can get a tad busy but I think it was Friday and that explains the dirty looks/Hannah/line/Swiss enjoyment. I still like subway or which-wich better. I don't feel pressured to get what everyone else is, just because it's on a massive board screaming it's name at me. Eat it though, you might get the Jersey Mike Mackdaddy LOL

Your employees are a reflection of your brand and business. I went in at 8:30, not 8:59. Eye rolls constantly when I ordered two simple sandwiches. Slapped together and not made correctly. No greeting when I entered or exited. Must've been a hassle for me to pay them $20 for sandwiches. I'll take my money to another location from now on.

Service at this location is really good. I enjoy there sub in a tub (no bread). Generous portions.

OK, so Jersey Mikes serves the usual meat on long roll sandwich shop fare but my interest was with the "Authentic Phillie's, Mmmm." advertised in the window of the shop. I have been on a quest for a TRUE Phillie cheese steak outside of Philly and I was up to the Pepsi challenge posed by the sign in front of me and the review in The Oklahoman about Phillie cheese steaks that lead me to Jersey Mikes. Before ordering I asked the kid behind the counter what kinda cheese you use on the Philly? he replied, white American cheddar. I smirked and commented to my girlfriend, that ain't a real Phillie, but we'll try it anyway. The kid cocked his head and asked if I was from Philly. No I'm not but I get around alot. (I have eaten at both Pat's and Geno's both known for their cheese steaks and many other joints on the east coast, I know my cheese steaks :) ) The sandwich was served quick and we dug in... Suffice to say we were not impressed. The bread was very flimsy and had no body or taste. The meat was over cooked and very bland, no amount of salt could save it. The American cheese was flavorful only because there was so much of it, it made it hard to eat, gross. We managed to choked it down, mainly because we were hungry and had a schedule that day. The kid behind the counter asked if we liked it, and I relied, its OK but it ain't a Phillie. He remarked that's how they do it in Jersey like he was trying to start an argument with me over a sandwich, I laughed and said then you should call it a cheese steak sub or torpedo and his only reply was a confused look on his face. To make a long story short, don't go to jersey mikes for a supposed "Philly cheese steak" We also tried the chicken parm, but the chicken was preprocessed frozen crap that gave my girl an allergic reaction and we took it back :( Maybe their other sandwiches and subs are good, but judging by the preprocessed chicken I would say all their food is delivered in a semi truck with the word SYSCO across the side, the same stuff you can get at subway for $5 You're best bet is to find a small mom n pop sandwich shop and give them your business instead, they need it. Who knows you might find a real Phillie cheese out there and write about it here :)

I fell in love with Jersey Mike's back in South Carolina. I was delighted to see this location while browsing for a light lunch one afternoon. There is a young man who works here who just might be Jersey Mike himself. He has more enthusiasm than any sub shop employee I've ever come across. Tossing meat in the air before slicing, repeating the step with blocks of cheese, stuffing each sub with the greatest of interest in the ingredients, and even howling like a dog after receiving a tip. The man is a lover of all things Jersey Mike's. A managers dream, he is the Billy Mays of submarine sandwiches. Come check him out. I hope he doesn't quit soon.

This place is amazing. I recommend the club mike's way if you want to be addicted and when asked... Yes for mayo and bacon. Just don't save it for later as it will get soggy. The Chipotle cheese steaks are almost as perfect. If they aren't made like this in philly they should be! I can't recommend this place more. Most of the staff seems to enjoy their work and go above and beyond to do a good job. I run lunch runs to this place from work sometimes and everyone raves about it now. There is a happy hour of sorts with free chips an drink.
